As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner (FDN-P), I first listen to You and can guide You focus on health building versus symptom management. This is done by identifying the dysfunctions in the hormones, the immune system, the digestion, the detoxification, the energy production, and the nervous system and by removing them with your valid cooperation. At the same time, we will be working together to strengthen the whole body.
The first steps are to do, are listening to You, history gathering by extensive and comprehensive intake forms, in addition to targeted lab tests.
After reviewing all of the information (i.e., your story, tests results and intake questionnaires data), I prepare a comprehensive and individualized plan for our coaching process. This will include: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress reduction (a vast topic, which also includes toxins release) and Supplementation.
I will be guiding and supporting You along the way, however I cannot do the work for You. Additionally, it’s critical to understand that satisfactory results cannot be expected if the protocol is only partially followed. Some life-style changes will be necessary.
Because we don’t want to guess, clear evidence speaks for itself.
After the initial 90-day protocol, we will likely to:
- Retest one or more of the initial tests
- Fill out once again some of the intake forms
In order to see the results of our work together and make course correction if necessary.
